Scheduling our board meetings and board reports

• Starting in December 2020, board meeting times will be planned ahead of time on an ongoing schedule. The November meeting will be an informal welcome to the new board members.

Mary moves that board reports be amalgamated into the monthly agenda rather than linked in separate documents.

• Anti-racist practices, BIPOC members gathering, and art therapist directory social identity categories
• Plan of follow-up regarding consultation, available dates for meeting, etc. Weekends?

Amanda will contact consultants to schedule a time with the understanding that only a few board members will be able to attend. Whomever does attend will then come back to the board and discuss the session as a group.
