Do I need to wear a mask?

Attendees will be required to wear a mask to enter and at all times during the event, unless actively eating or drinking. This includes everyone, no matter your vaccination status.

Is vaccination mandatory to attend this experience?

Yes, in compliance with the requirements of the District of Columbia at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend this experience if the experience date is between January 15, 2022 and February 15, 2022 (both inclusive). Experiences after February 15, 2022 require full COVID vaccination.  

How many doses of COVID vaccine do I need to have to access this experience?

If the experience date is between January 15, 2022 and February 15, 2022 (both inclusive), your proof of vaccination will need to show at least one dose received. If the date is after February 15, 2022 you will need two doses or more of COVID vaccination

I have not been vaccinated and have already purchased tickets to this experience. Can I get a refund?

No, in compliance with the COVID requirements of the District of Columbia, this experience requires COVID vaccination.

What is an acceptable proof of vaccination?

We will check your vaccination status before you attend the experience.

Proof of vaccination may include:

1) A COVID Verification App such as VaxYes or CLEAR

2) An original, digital photograph, or photocopy of CDC Vaccination Card (both sides)

3) An official vaccine record issued by another state, a foreign nation, or the World Health Organization.
