PIR are Goods that are created by purchasing a ATEO Personal Image Request

EIR are Goods that are created by purchasing a ATEO Educational Image Request

BIR are Goods that are created by purchasing a ATEO Basic Image Request

AIR are Goods that are created by purchasing a ATEO Advanced Image Request

Starbase are Goods that result from be purchasing a Starbase Image Set subscription

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to ATEO Portal, accessible from, and to ATEO Personal Image Request, accessible from

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order and receive reimbursement according to the following guidelines below:

Any exceptions to these rules require approval from the Company by contacting us via the email address or phone number listed below under Contact Us.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by contacting Us using the methods outlined in the Contact Us section below.

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We have agreed to a refund for Goods ordered by You. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
