Return and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Sublime Skies, LLC - DBA Insight Observatory, 15 Gallagher Lane, Marstons Mills, MA 02648.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

PIR are Goods that are created by purchasing an ATEO Personal Image Request

EIR are Goods that are created by purchasing an ATEO Educational Image Request

BIR are Goods that are created by purchasing an ATEO Basic Image Request

AIR are Goods that are created by purchasing an ATEO Advanced Image Request

Starbase are Goods that result from purchasing a Starbase Image Set subscription

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to ATEO Portal, accessible from https://ateoportal.insightobs.com, and to ATEO Personal Image Request, accessible from https://ateo.insightobs.com/pir/

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order and receive reimbursement according to the following guidelines below:

If we have not delivered any Goods to You as part of Your Order when you make Your cancellation request, You will be refunded 100% of the cost. This only applies to Orders for the following Goods: PIR, EIR, BIR, and AIR.
If we have acquired image data and/or delivered part but not all of the Goods to You as part of Your order when You make Your cancellation request, You will only be refunded for the cost of the Goods that were not imaged and/or delivered. This only applies to Orders for the following Goods: PIR, EIR, BIR, and AIR.
If we have delivered all of the Goods to You as part of Your order then no refund is possible after 30 calendar days from delivery. This applies to Orders for the following Goods: PIR, EIR, BIR, AIR, and Starbase.

Any exceptions to these rules require approval from the Company by contacting us via the email address or phone number listed below under Contact Us.

In order to exercise your right to cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by contacting Us using the methods outlined in the Contact Us section below.

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We have agreed to a refund for Goods ordered by You. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
