Gananda Bandit board meeting - 7:03pm

Attendees:  Jerry White, Jeff Rothwell, Kathy Ginsburg, Thomas Cody, Kim Oleksyn, Mike Richards, Amanda Cruz

Secretary’s report - approved

Registration update:  30 boys, 66 girls = 96 total

• We have a few more that could be signing up shortly

Goal Purchase:

• Megan is still trying to finalize - have not purchased yet.  

Bi Laws review - skipped

First Aid/CPR -

COVID procedures and policies:

• Enter in via walkway - Turin is set up well for compliance, can use the bathroom in the clubhouse, no access to waters.  Drop off happens in the first 2 rows, last 2 rows for parking.  Cannot arrive early.  Want to stagger start times (i.e 4:00 and 4:05)
• Mask purchase - $7 & $10 with logo
• Attendance - must keep attendance - coaches are in charge of that.  Need to have for contact tracing
• Turin asking for a contact person for any issues

Fundraising

• Need to come up with Fundraising options.  MOst likely won’t have the tournament

• We need some ideas

• Can Drive (November 21, 2020 tentatively)  - Jeff Rothwell calling the peeps for the truck/trailer

November Elections - December 1

• VP has someone running (Betsy and Crystal Rupp)
• Will be using Doodle app to conduct voting for election

Tuesday, November 24, 7:00pm - RDYSL all club general meeting - all online - Mike Richards volunteered to be on the meeting
