Overview SkyDesk is a Chrome extension built for travel professionals. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data SkyDesk accesses and how it is used.
Data we access
Gmail (send-only) SkyDesk requests permission to send emails on your behalf. This is used exclusively to send flight confirmation emails, post-trip surveys, and feedback submissions to the addresses you specify. SkyDesk never reads, indexes, stores, or shares the contents of your Gmail inbox or any other emails.
Google account email address SkyDesk reads your Gmail address to display it in outgoing emails and to route survey responses back to you. This address is never stored on any server operated by SkyDesk or Skyre Voyages.
Local storage SkyDesk stores your agency branding settings (name, logo, color), booking history, and preferences locally in your Chrome browser using Chrome's built-in storage API. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Amadeus GDS page content When you are active on the Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, SkyDesk reads the content of the terminal screen to detect your active PNR. This data is processed locally within your browser and is never transmitted externally.
Data we do not collect
Third-party services SkyDesk uses the Gmail API (Google) to send emails. Your use of Gmail is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Survey responses are handled through Netlify Forms, subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy.
