50-70%: 50/50 commuter/residency

Strong revamp from campus life for night weekend activities.

What is something you might find at the school that may not exist at any other school?

Close proximity to NYC but quiet, neighborhood campus. Global Program

Post-similar to Merrimack/Stonehill

Brooklyn - Smaller Northeastern.

What is the distance to the nearest big city? And what is that city?

40 min. train/30 min. drive to NYC. Long Island RR stop close to campus. LIU Brooklyn is in downtown Brooklyn

What is the approximate distance from Westborough, driving and/or flying?

3.5 hour drive

What are your most popular majors?

Theatre Arts/Music, Business, Health Sciences

What are your newest and/or most unique majors?

Arts Management, Speech Pathology, Sports Management

What majors are you hoping to grow?

Adding more Dual-Certifications. Currently have many in Education and Business.


Will applying “undecided” for a major affect a student’s chances for acceptance?

Not at all!!  We let you take until the end of Sophomore year! Your Academic Advisor will meet w/ every student 8-10 times a year!

Is there a statistical advantage to applying early decision or early action?

No. We have Rolling Admissions.

If interviews are required or recommended, where and by whom are they conducted?

No. Only for Global Program.

Are students automatically considered for merit scholarships with the application to the school?

Yes. No separate app. necessary.

What percentage of demonstrated financial aid do you meet?
