台灣資安社群補助計畫

目的

1. 協助台灣資安社群發展
2. 促進社群間彼此交流
3. 鼓勵各項資安網路活動

輔助方案一：資訊安全社團讀書會、會議經費補助

• 對象：台灣資訊安全社團

• 經費：每次補助 8,000 元以下
• 可申請的項目及所需核銷單據：

• 場地費：需提供單據核銷。
• 講師費：每位台灣講師每小時 1,600 元，需配合填寫勞務報酬單，並檢附相關個人資料。
• 餐飲費：需提供單據核銷。
• 交通費：補助至會議縣市往返之「客運」價格，需提供票根，需先預購回程票並附上購票證明。
• 其他：其他欲申請項目，請與秘書處聯繫確認。

• 申請說明：欲申請者請填寫 申請書

• 請於活動開始前兩週內提出申請，未於期限前申請，事後不予追認申請。
• 申請時需提供相關議程內容、講師基本介紹、活動報名頁面。

• 申請經費時需提供相關單據，需填入協會統一編號 (42306290），費用實支實付。
• 補助必備條件：

• 活動需對外公開舉辦。
• 會後講師投影片需開放下載。
• 活動報名網站資訊及現場佈置物需標明贊助單位：社團法人台灣駭客協會。

• 申請備註：

• 若有多筆申請經費需求，前一次的申請相關單據必須已經確認送交協會確認結案，方可申請下一筆經費，若有特殊狀況請事前告知。

• 協會收到申請資料後，將由人才培育委員會決定是否核可，並於 14 個工作日內回覆經費審核結果，本協會保留最後修改權利。

輔助方案二：資安社群⻑期計劃合作

• 對象：各項社群自發性的資安計畫（網路專案，例如：社群平台維運、開放原始碼的資安程式、學習地圖），且對象為台灣資安社群或法人單位。
• 經費：每次補助 10,000 元以下。
• 申請說明：欲申請者請填寫 申請書。

• 請完整填寫本申請並確認送出。
• 並需申報勞務報酬收入。
• 每年需重新申請。

• 補助必備條件：台灣駭客協會需掛名為贊助。
• 協會收到申請資料後，將由人才培育委員會決定是否核可，並於 14 個工作日內回覆經費審核結果，本協會保留最後修改權利。

輔助方案三：HITCON Community 與會補助

Subsidy Plan 3: HITCON Community Attendance Subsidy

• 海外人士參加補助 Overseas Participants Support

• 對象：非台籍之海外人士。
  Eligible Participants: Non-Taiwanese overseas individuals.
• 目的：鼓勵海外人士參與 HITCON Community 研討會，促進國際社群交流。
  Purpose: To encourage overseas participation in the HITCON Community conference and promote international community exchange.
• 經費：每次補助新台幣 5,000 元以下，每年補助 2 組為上限。
  Funding: Up to NT$5,000 per subsidy, with a maximum of 2 recipients per year.
• 可申請項目及所需核銷單據：
  Eligible expenses and required documents for reimbursement:

• 交通費：補助機票金額，需提供購票證明、電子機票、搭乘證明。
  Transportation Costs: Airfare subsidy, requiring proof of purchase, electronic ticket, and boarding verification.

• 若無法提供電子機票，則須提供紙本機票正本。
  If an electronic ticket cannot be provided, the original paper ticket must be submitted.
• 搭乘證明請提供以下三者擇一：登機證、護照出入境章或是入境卡。
  For boarding verification, please provide one of the following: boarding pass, passport entry/exit stamps, or arrival card.
• 回程機票補助請於返航日期一個月內提供核銷資料。
  For return flight subsidies, please submit reimbursement documents within one month of the return flight date.

• 申請說明：欲申請者請填寫 申請書
  Application Guidelines: Applicants please complete the application form.

• 請於 HITCON Community 活動結束後兩週內提出申請，未於期限前申請，事後不予追認申請。
  Please submit the application within two weeks after the HITCON Community event concludes. Late applications will not be considered.
• 申請經費時需提供相關單據，費用實支實付。
  When applying for funds, relevant receipts must be provided. Reimbursement is based on actual expenses incurred.

• 補助必備條件：
  Required Conditions for Subsidy:

• 申請人身份需為非台籍之海外人士，須於申請時提供護照個人資訊頁供協會審核。
  Applicants must be non-Taiwanese overseas individuals. A copy of the passport personal information page must be provided for verification.
• 申請人須為 HITCON Community 與會者，須於申請時提供與會證明供協會審核。
  Applicants must be HITCON Community attendees and provide proof of attendance for verification.

• 協會收到申請資料後，將由協會人才培育委員會決定是否核可，並於 14 個工作日內回覆經費審核結果，本協會保留最後修改權利。
  Note: After receiving the application materials, the association's Talent Development Committee will decide whether to approve the application and will reply with the funding review results within 14 working days. The association reserves the right to make final modifications.

• 學生發表獎勵 Student Session Presentation Subsidy Program

• 對象：持有大專院校學生證之 24 歲以下台灣及華裔大學生、碩、博士班研究生（不含在職專班研究生、休學生）。
  Eligible Applicants: Taiwanese and overseas Chinese university students, master's, and doctoral students who are under 24 years of age with valid college student IDs (excluding part-time graduate students and students on leave of absence).
• 目的：鼓勵大專院校學生在 HITCON Community 進行議程發表、從事學術研究，積極發表研究成果、促進資安技術推廣與交流。
  Purpose: To encourage college students to present sessions at HITCON Community, engage in academic research, actively publish research results, and promote the dissemination and exchange of information security technology.
• 經費：每次補助新台幣 5,000 元以下，每年補助 2 組為上限。
  Funding: Up to NT$5,000 per subsidy, with a maximum of 2 recipients per year.
• 申請說明：欲申請者請填寫 申請書
  Application Guidelines: Applicants please complete the application form.
  申請說明：

• 需填寫完整協會申請書，並需申報勞務報酬收入。
  Complete the association's application form and declare income from labor remuneration.
• 請於 HITCON Community 活動結束後兩週內提出申請，未於期限前申請，事後不予追認申請。
  Submit the application within two weeks after the HITCON Community event. Late applications will not be considered.
• 補助必備條件：

Required Conditions for Subsidy:

• 申請人身份需為 24 歲以下之台灣及華裔大學生、碩、博士班研究生，申請時須提供學生身份證明文件供協會審核。
  Applicants must be Taiwanese or overseas Chinese university, master's, or doctoral students under 24 years of age. Student ID documentation must be provided for verification by the association.
• 以華裔學生身份申請補助者，另需於申請時提供護照個人資訊頁供協會審核。
  Overseas Chinese students must also provide a copy of their passport personal information page for verification.
• 申請人應提供擬申請補助之發表學術著作全文供協會審核。
  Applicants must submit the full text of the academic work for which they are seeking the subsidy for review by the association.

• 協會收到申請資料後，將由協會人才培育委員會決定是否核可，並於 14 個工作日內回覆經費審核結果，本協會保留最後修改權利。
  Note: After receiving the application materials, the association's Talent Cultivate Committee will decide whether to approve the application and will reply with the funding review results within 14 working days. The association reserves the right to make final modifications.

輔助方案四：資安社群自媒體推廣

• 對象：台灣資安社群或資安自媒體頻道
• 目的：進行資安技術教育的推廣，以增強公眾對資訊安全知識的興趣和認識，藉以提升整體社會的資安意識與能力。
• 經費：每次補助 10,000 元以下，每年補助 2 組為上限。
• 可申請的項目及所需核銷單據：

• 講師費：需提供核銷單據。
• 勞務費：需提供核銷單據。
• 廣告費：需提供核銷單據。
• 其他：其他欲申請項目，請與秘書處聯繫確認。

• 申請說明：欲申請者請填寫 申請書

• 請於節目發布開始前一個月內提出申請，未於期限前申請，事後不予追認申請。
• 講師費、勞務費之申請需填寫完整協會申請書，並需申報勞務報酬收入。
• 申請廣告費及其他經費時需提供相關單據，需填入協會統一編號 (42306290），費用實支實付。

• 補助必備條件：

• 頻道節目資訊需標明贊助單位：社團法人台灣駭客協會
• 申請人應提供節目企劃書供協會審核。企劃書內容應包括：節目流程及節目內容企劃腳本。

• 協會收到申請資料後，將由協會人才培育委員會決定是否核可，並於 14 個工作日內回覆經費審核結果，本協會保留最後修改權利。
