Assistant Coaches
- Please reply to Lynette and I with the name(s) of your assistant coaches and please also cc the assistant coach. We want to make sure each coach is in our system and is in the process of completing the mandatory adult registration requirements.
- If you do not have an assistant yet, please let me know and I will reach out to your team to try and plead/beg/blackmail someone to step up
- Note - any parent who is coaching a practice or game throughout the season MUST be registered as a coach in our system and have completed the Adult Registration process.
- If you are unable to make a game/practice you will have to coordinate a registered coach to fill in or reschedule to a later date. We do not allow unregistered parents to fill in for an interim basis without completing the Adult Registration process.
Practice Time Conflicts
- IMPORTANT - if a player on your team cannot make the weekly practice we will not roster them to another team. If a parent asks to be moved to another team , please tell them this is not possible and if there are any issues/blowback, just direct them to me.
- However, the player is able to practice with another team that has a practice time that aligns with their schedule. Below is a list of the practice times for each team. You can use this list to coordinate with the other coach to accomodate the player practising with them. You can coordinate this with the parent and other coach without running it by me but please cc me so I know what is going on.
Practice Sessions / Combining Practices
- I will send some info in the next week or two with additional info on practice plans, goals for the season, etc.
- I highly recommend trying to double up with another team for your weekly practice. This will provide more players and more coaches for the weekly practice, which should help make the sessions more productive.
- Feel free to use the practice and contact info listed above to coordinate joint practices

Schedule Update
- The Fall schedule is still being finalized but I anticipate it will be released some time over the coming week.
Fall rosters were released to parents this evening. We ask that you please reach out to your players in the coming days to introduce yourself. (Note - you can email your team through SportsPilot - feel free to reach out to the appropriate Boys/Girls director if you have any questions.)
Our General Manager, Ryan Kershner (generalmanager@whitmanhansonyouthsoccer.org), will be compiling the practice schedule for the upcoming season and coordinating equipment needs for coaches. Please complete the practice and equipment forms linked below.
