Registration will take place outside the Pan America event center at the back of MTV-2000.

- Registration Timeline - 8:00am to 9:00am PT
- Badges must be visibly worn on both conference days; no replacements will be provided.
- Please bring government-issued identification with you to registration

There are 2 recommended nearby parking lots. All parking is complimentary.

Additional Information
- Guests' badges must be visibly worn at all times.
- Guests cannot enter restricted spaces or utilize campus amenities intended for employees. This includes gyms, gBikes, scooters, climbing walls, Tier II & III makerspaces, locker rooms, and massage chairs.
- Guests should not bring any animals on site. Appropriate exceptions for service animals are permitted to provide accessibility for people with disabilities.
- Guests are to remain respectful of the professional work environment and pose no disruption.
- No visitor photos or recordings containing Confidential or Need-To-Know information. Guests may take photographs or recordings only within Google common areas such as building lobbies, cafes, campus or general Google signs. Guest photographs or recordings within any other Google areas are subject to strict limitation
- Attendees are permitted access solely to the Pan America Event Center, nearby restrooms, patio near event and lawn reception area.
Meals
- A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. A reception with light food will follow.
- Please be aware, food has been ordered according to the RSVP responses received. If you specified dietary restrictions when you registered, a special meal will be held with your name attached.
