Mighty Madheart is a lawfully formed Private Association where the ASN Study Guide was formed and is dedicated to providing all manner of education, services, entertainment, assistance, private business, and ministry as aligned with the Association philosophies.

The following form explains this relationship and the rights, benefits, and responsibilities associated with being a member.

Overview: I do hereby apply to be a member of ASN Study Guide and University, a private association, hereafter termed The Study Guide. With the signing of this member agreement, I accept the offer made to become a member of The Study Guide and have read and agree with the following Declaration of Purpose, Preamble, and Memorandum of Understanding.

Declaration of Purpose: The Study Guide is organized and established under the exclusive jurisdiction to lawful governance according to the principles of law stated in God’s Word, The Holy Bible as protected in the common law of England, The Magna Carta 1215 (The Great Charter) and the united state Declaration of Independence 1776.

To be in the world, but not of the world, and to act in accordance with Nature and Nature’s God, the creator, and serve as stewards with the dominion over all earthly things as commanded by our creator.

The formation of the offices of Trustees and Director of The Study Guide, must always remain unincorporated. The Study Guide founders and its members (including parents) can freely share, discuss, and exchange information and services by members of The Study Guide while keeping all business within the private domain.

In order to protect all members of the PMA from any adverse action by any local, municipal, county, state or federal administrative or regulatory agency, BAR Association or any court in exchange for the benefits offered by the PMA, all members agree and consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.

Every member who joins the PMA as a real, breathing, flesh and blood, living sentient man or woman in their natural and highest character, capacity, standing and status; fully equal to all other men or women members.

Predicated on the above and in order to protect each members’ privacy and prevent the unconstitutional and unwarranted application of any public policy or public law to the PMA, each member takes upon themselves the responsibility for their own education, learning, and knowledge of law and in so doing consents to do due diligence regarding anything offered to them by any PMA member and to make fully informed decisions on matters of law or procedure that the members individually or collectively think best for complying with applicable law and living a healthy productive life in order to attain, restore and maintain optimum physical, mental and spiritual wellness and protect private property.

Please read this contract carefully and completely and make sure that you fully comprehend and agree with it. If you are unable to read English, please have someone read this contract to you. If you do not comprehend this contract or any part of it, please find someone that you trust and have them explain it to you. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the PMA contract you are not authorized to conduct any activity with the PMA or through the PMA with any PMA member.

1. I agree that I am joining The ASN Study Guide and University and that it is a Private Member Association organized under the Mighty Madheart Private Member Associations.

2. I agree to keep details of the organization, including any materials produced by same, or other members  details, private, and will not share with anyone outside the organization without explicit written permission from the founders. The exception would be any material available online, already in the public realm. I agree not to share emails, zoom links, meeting replays, or private conversations with non-members and to respect the privacy of other members.

a. I comprehend that any content, products or services I may receive as a member of this organization are intended to improve or enhance one’s natural state of being, and agree to take final responsibility for any use of same.

3. I agree to pay my dues in the form of a monthly or annual subscription as outlined upon my selection when agreeing to join the association and to remain in honor and not share my account log on with any other being.

4. I comprehend that as a member of this PMA, I am invoking my constitutional rights, specifically the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments and as such take full responsibility for my own behavior, such that my actions shall never constitute anything that can be determined to be of a “clear and present danger of a substantial evil.”

5. I agree that any disputes I have will be brought to the attention of the board in a timely manner so that it can be resolved in house, and that as a PMA, we are not subject to litigation.

6. I also comprehend that if my actions are not consistent with the values of the organization and I am found to be in dishonor, I may be asked to leave or removed from the organization, and I would no longer be a member in good standing.

7. As sovereign, living, breathing, sentient human beings , we are being called to exercise our rights of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, speech, religion, due process, assembly, and to contract, among others. I agree this is my responsibility to be aware of these God-given, God-Nature created freedoms and to be versed in the protection afforded me by the united States Founding Organic papers. (These are - The Declaration of Independence, The Articles of the Confederate, The Northwest Ordinance, and The Constitution for the united States including the first ten amendments.)

8. I recognize as well that we are all connected and that our actions affect one another. We strive to encourage and support one another, as a family in commUNITY. It is our promise, purpose,
