Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

Morning Care

Arrival

Student drop off will begin at 7:00 AM
Student drop off will end promptly at 7:30 AM
If a student arrives after 7:30 AM, parent/guardians are required to walk the student into the front office to be checked in
Students cannot check themselves in when arriving past 7:30 AM
Breakfast will be provided from 7:05-7:25 AM

Drop-off Procedures

All students must be dropped off by car/vehicle in the car drop off line
Students are not permitted to be dropped off on neighboring roads/streets and walk to the school

Arrival & Drop-off Process

Dismissal

Students cannot be checked out after 2:00 PM
All changes to student dismissal must be communicated to the school by 1:00 PM through the SchoolPass App
Student dismissal will begin at 2:30 PM
All family members/guardians who will be picking your student must have a barcode in the front window of their vehicle
Families will join the dismissal line as pictures below with their barcode displayed in their front window
All students must be picked up in the car rider line
Walkers will not be permitted unless students are walking to their residence that is within a 1 mile radius of the school. Parents/guardians are not permitted to park their cars on the street and have students walk to their vehicle both due to HOA regulations and safety concerns
Proper documentation must be completed with the front office indicating that the student lives within a 1 mile radius of the school and will be walking to their residence. Paperwork includes residency verification, permission forms, and waivers for students to walk home.
Student dismissal ends at 3:00 PM
If students are not picked up by 3:00 PM they will be sent to aftercare. Students will accrue a charge of $10 per 15 minutes they are required to stay at aftercare for late pick-ups.
