As the REPORTER application becomes more mature and its use on campus grows, it’s the right time to re-organize the initial REPORTER steering team to be organized more like the other ERP steering teams. This will allow the application governance community to be more inclusive and flexible in meeting the needs of its customers.

The recommendation is to reduce the membership of the Steering Team to include only Data Stewards of the application and University oversight members.

A new REPORTER Advisory Group will be created and its members will be representatives from each of the departments who are currently live with REPORTER or are working or planning to on-board.

Application oversight for resource planning, major project direction, such as new modules, communications and recommendations to campus.

Functionality implementation, recommendations for new or enhanced functionality with associated priorities, and testing.
