FAQS

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

Are masks required?

We encourage all attendees to wear masks during the experience and will have them available if needed.

When should I arrive?

The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 1 hour prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 20 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Can I bring animals?

Please contact us here if you plan to bring a service animal.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Is there an age requirement?

Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there parking available?

One Franklin Square Garage is the nearby paid parking garage. Vehicle entrance is located at 1010 13th Street, immediately south of the Fire Station (between L & K Streets)  The pedestrian entrance is at 1301 K Street, NW Additionally street parking is available around the venue location, although it may be limited. If you are taking the metro, be prepared to walk about 5 minutes from the nearest stations. Dupont (Red), McPherson Square (Blue, Orange, Silver), and Mt. Vernon Sq. (Green, Yellow)

Are food and beverage permitted?

No, only bottled water will be permitted.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

The venue is ADA accessible. Please contact us here to request special accommodations or any other questions regarding accessibility.
