Make sure your Teams links are set to open in the browser
1. Go to your Chromebook Settings | |
2. On the left menu, select Apps | |
3. On the right column, select Manage your apps | |
4. Click on Teams | |
5. Scroll to the bottom until you see Opening supported links and click the circle next to Open in Chrome Browser |
- From Launchpad
- Click on Teams
- Log in to your account using the email studentid@cms.k12.nc.us (DO NOT ADD STUDENT):
- On the next screen, Your email address will be there: studentidnumber@cms.k12.nc.us
Enter the same password you use for launchpad
!!!! If you get this error, you used the wrong email:
Reset your Chrome Settings
Close all tabs, open a new tab, click on the three dots in the right corner, and click on settings:
Click on Reset Settings:
Click Reset Settings:
Follow the directions again from Step 1 and make sure to use the correct email.
Once you are logged in, leave the Teams tab open, then click on your class link from Canvas.
