Step 1: Sign into MiCME as an Administrator. (Instructions here if needed.)
To access this report from the Main Menu go to:
Reports > Activity Summary > Evaluations.
Step 2: Search for the activity in the activity search field and select from the drop-down list.
NOTE: This can take several minutes for evaluations that are lengthy and have a significant number of results. Optionally, select the Data tab to view a report of the submitted evaluation data and export the data to an Excel file.
Step 3: At the top of the report, users can filter the data results by choosing to hide or show the Charts, Tables, Objectives, Faculty and/or Comments.
Click the Show All button to display everything.
The Chart Results tab displays the evaluation data in a formatted chart and table view.
Under the chart, there will also be a table view of the information.
A Comments data table will display if any comments were made during the evaluation.
NOTE: Evaluation questions with drop-down answers will be displayed in chart format.
The Data tab displays the results of the submitted evaluations per member and the member's ID. Export the data to an Excel file by clicking the Export XLS button.
The Not Completed tab lists all members who have been assigned to the specific evaluation and have not yet completed it.
The Email tab allows users the ability to compose and send an email to individuals that have not completed the evaluation.
Once the email message is finalized, click the Send button.
NOTE: DO NOT USE the email function for Online Activities/Enduring Materials unless an online evaluation form has been created.
If the default Evaluation is being used for the Online Activities/Enduring Materials (the Universal Evaluation), sending an email from this screen will result in thousands of emails being sent.
NOTE: It is highly recommended that the user sends a test message to themselves prior to actually sending the email. Also, please note that when a test message is sent, it will randomly select an individual from the list of "not completed" to generate the test email.
