Monthly Freedom Haven constitution section mini-overview
Navigating UNCLOS and International Maritime Law: How Much Freedom Specifically Exists on the High Seas?
Clarification: #SocioeconomicFreedom refers to the freedom you naturally have when no one is attempting to harm, kidnap, or rob you. It’s your right to use your life, freedom, and property as long as you don’t threaten others’ life, freedom, or property unless it’s in self-defense or with their consent.
The Freedom Haven constitution preserves this socioeconomic freedom, but how much do international maritime laws infringe on our natural freedoms while on the high seas (outside the #EEZ)?
Answer: If executed correctly, the infringement on our freedoms on the high seas is NEARLY ZERO (or almost zero). Compared to the USA, we would have around 99.9% of our freedoms while on the high seas.
Note: The Freedom Haven constitution prohibits its government from signing any conventions that infringe on natural freedoms. Once Freedom Haven is recognized as a country, any restrictions beyond the simple non-aggression principle will no longer apply.
Details on Restrictions:
Conclusion: With the right approach, we could enjoy 99.9% of our freedoms today and 100% in the future once Freedom Haven is recognized as its own country with its own flag registry.
By focusing on the Liberian flag registry and understanding the minimal restrictions imposed by international conventions, we can create a maritime community with maximum freedom.

Excellent question!
Investors purchase cabins in New Liberty for various purposes, including creating rental spaces. If you choose to rent, you will lease from these investors rather than directly from the Freedom Haven project. Typically, these investors aim for a return on investment over seven years, resulting in rental costs being approximately three times higher per month compared to buying a 10-year lease as an investor. You will select a rental offering that suits your needs, and the investor becomes your landlord. For more details on the differences between investors and renters, including price estimates, visit the Freedom Haven FAQ at https://freedomhaven.org/faq/#FAQ_InvestorsVsRenters.
Traveling to New Liberty involves taking a plane, possibly to India, as a travel visa may be required for transit. From there, you will board a maritime vessel to the New Liberty ship, with a total travel time of about 1-2 days. As Freedom Haven expands, plans include building an international airport to streamline this process. Any belongings exceeding your airline baggage allowance will be shipped via international freight and should be waiting for you in your apartment upon arrival.
Upon reaching the New Liberty vessel, you will go through immigration. Detailed information about this process can be found in the laws of the Province of New Liberty at https://userdimensions.com/Tony/FreedomHaven/Constitution.aspx?P=HtmlNL&H=H2_NEW_LIB_ENT_RES_IMM . After clearing immigration, you will proceed to your apartment. The Free Market in Freedom Haven will be waiting to meet your product and service needs with higher quality and lower costs than competitors.

The Preamble of Freedom Haven Constitution:
We the individual People, in order to secure the human right to defend ourselves, to limit the scope of Government, and to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, so that we can have the chance to learn, grow, and work towards achieving our greatest individual divine potentials (so that through our efforts, and without compulsory means, prosperity may flow unto us forever and ever), do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Provinces that form the Country of Freedom Haven.
