Overview

This is a user guide to help users to understand the process of Cycle count in TBO4.

Steps includes:

• Create Cycle count
• Confirm CycleCountProcess

Create Cycle count

For cycle count, User need to go to Cycle count page:

Tbo4 > Inventory > Cycle Count

Select option for New Count:

Create New

Screen will be looks like this

User will be able to search Item with two ways:

1. Scanning Item barcode

2. Typing item-code or barcode

OR

This will give the result with ItemCode, Item Description, BinCode, Quantity on hand, If item is batch traced or serial tracked  than that details, counted quantity and box for new counted quantity with update button.

There is also option for show only counted lines which will only gives result for bin which are already counted

Confirm CycleCountProcess

For cycle count Process, User needs to go to:

TBO4 > Inventory > CycleCountProcess

Check for the Docnum and complete the process. This will update inventory in the ERP.

Users will have an option to view the Cycle Count Report and also an option to remove that document.
