Fun Facilitator

Salary: $12-13/hr

Status: Part-Time (approximately 25-30 hours per week)

FLSA – Non-Exempt

Work Week – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (occasional other shifts as needed and available)

General Description:

The Fun Facilitator is responsible for providing a welcoming environment to visitors of all ages while interacting on the Museum exhibit floor or in the outside garden space, providing a fun, Covid-safe experience.

The Fun Facilitator is the first person the visitors meet when they come in, responsible for welcoming them, processing admission, and selling memberships, among other tasks. Works under general supervision of the Floor Manager.

Essential Functions: The list of essential functions is intended to be representative of the tasks performed. The omission of an essential function does not preclude management from assigning duties not listed.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Bilingual.

A.A. or B.A. or 2+ years in educational related fields or coursework: Child Development, Early Learning, Art, STEAM and/or Theater is preferred and may qualify applicants for higher wage.
