PLACE: Fremont High School Track, 16th and Lincoln

TIME: Field Events – 2:30 p.m.                                      Running Events – 3:45 p.m.

Teams: Arlington, Blair, Fremont, Fremont 9th, Lincoln High, Omaha Skutt, Ralston, Yutan

*Make sure you have your warm ups and uniform, shoes, and spikes

*Have a water bottle and snacks for yourself.

*Warm up properly and be prepared to compete your best

*This is a rolling schedule so know what events are before your race. If the meet gets ahead of schedule, they will stay ahead of schedule.

*Keep our team camp clean.

Everyone is dismissed at 11:03 to eat lunch, use the locker rooms and head out to the bus by the globe/tennis courts.

The bus leaves at 11:45 am!
