MADISON HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM

Entry Fee is $20.00 per contestant. Fees must be paid in cash- no checks accepted.

Registration begins at 5:30pm at MADISON HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM. The Cutie Pie contest will begin immediately following the Baby Contest.

1. All contestants will compete in RED, WHITE, AND BLUE Summer Wear or swimwear. Summer Wear is an outfit that the child would wear to a family gathering. NO PAGEANT DRESSES OR TUXES. If you have any questions about the attire, please feel free to contact Amy Ralston @ 812-599-0291

2. There are 3 places awarded in each category
