The scholarships listed below are available to graduating senior students. Since you have chosen to attend a two-year or four-year college, or a trade or vocational school, this list of scholarships may apply to you. The applications and/or further information are available to you in the Guidance Office.

Hudson Falls Teacher Aides & Assistants Scholarship - two $250 awards given to graduating seniors Application DEADLINE: MAY 9
Hudson Falls Volunteer Fire Department Award- This scholarship is awarded to a student based on community involvement. Student does not have to have a relative in the fire department. Must live in the village. Application DEADLINE: MAY 9
The Larue-King Scholarship - This scholarship is open to any graduating senior boy or girl of Hudson Falls High School regardless of religious faith, who has been accepted by an institution of higher learning for technical or professional study. Application DEADLINE: MAY 12
Mia Nassivera Annual Scholarship - The Mia Nassivera Scholarship will award a student $1,000.00 from the current graduating class who consistently displays kindness to others and a willingness to fight against the odds. The recipient does not need to be attending college to be eligible for this award Application DEADLINE: MAY 15
Class of ‘72 Tiger Pride Scholarship - $500 award for a graduating senior with a GPA of 72%+ who is planning to attend college or a vocational/trade school. The candidate should not only be someone who has shown pride in their class, school and community, but is a person of good character exhibiting traits of honesty, kindness, responsibility,
understanding, tolerance, and respect to all. Application DEADLINE: MAY 15
Francis J. Hogan Scholarship “Leaders in Agriculture” $500 for a graduating senior who is an active member of FFA Application DEADLINE: MAY 15
National Association of Women in Construction - $1000 open to a graduating female senior pursuing a degree in Construction Application DEADLINE: MAY 20
Firefighter Training LLC Buell Strong Memorial Scholarship - To honor the legacy of Deputy Chief Brian C. Buell, who dedicated his life to civic duty by supporting the emergency services, public service, and students, young and old, pursuing careers in firefighting. Open to high school seniors pursuing a degree or certification in fire science, EMS, or public safety. $1000 Application DEADLINE: MAY 30
Hudson Falls Administrative Association Scholarship- Open to all college bound students. Awarded to two students, $250 each Application DEADLINE: JUNE 2
Nightingale Scholarship- $5000 scholarship from the Center for Nursing to a high school student accepted to a BSN program starting in the fall Application DEADLINE: JULY 1
Collegeboard Opportunity Scholarships - Complete key steps along your path to college for a chance to earn scholarships. The more effort you put in, the more opportunities you have to earn a scholarship. Complete all six, and you’re eligible to earn $40,000. Excelsior Scholarship - In order to apply, students must meet eligibility requirements, including: Be a resident of New York State or qualify under the NYS DREAM Act, Plan to attend a SUNY or CUNY two or four-year college Complete 30 credits per year towards their program of study, Be on track to graduate on time with an Associate's Degree in two years or a Bachelor's Degree in four years.
