Interested in applying to be an AMBASSADOR? Grades 10-12 can attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 18 in the Lecture Hall.  See Mrs. Daniel or Ms. Schultz for questions.

If any students in the class of 2022 is interested in running for STUDENT COUNCIL, please see Mr. Weidenbush in S26 for a candidate form.  In order to run for a position you must fill out a candidate form and receive 20 signatures.  Forms just be submitted to Mr. Weidenbush in S26 by homeroom Monday, September 17th.

River Yacht Club on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 3 to 6 pm. If interested, please

The ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB will start off our new year TODAY,  Monday, Sept. 17th.  Come join us to explore our new year of fun activities in E-11. - Masellis

Computer Club starts TODAY, Monday, Sept 17th   and every Monday,  in Room S21.  Join us for Spheros, Ev3 Lego Robots, Arduino Electronics and Raspberry Pi’s, or to create an app. - Signorelli

If you are Hispanic, like the Hispanic culture, or just like to celebrate our diversity, come to the first meeting of the HISPANIC HERITAGE CLUB this Tuesday, Sept. 18th after school in Room E29. Everyone is welcome.

after school.

There will be a MANDATORY Tutor meeting for the WRITING CENTER on Tuesday, September 18th.

The first meeting of the HIGH SCHOOL EAST SAFETY TEAM will be on Tuesday, Sept 18th, Period 3 in the Main Office Conference Room. Returning members and those interested in joining the team may attend.  New candidates should have above average grades and good school conduct.

Are you looking for a club to join?  DART YOUTH PREVENTION COALITION is looking for new members.  We are a group of students who choose to live a healthy lifestyle.  Pick up an application in E12.

Are you interested in attending college at West Point, Annapolis or the Air Force Academy?  The HIGH SCHOOL EAST MILITARY CLUB is offering transportation for a trip to Rutgers University for “Service Academy Information” conference on Sunday, Sept. 23rd.  See Mr. Kenny in the Safety Office for more information and permission slips.  Students who wish to attend MUST be at High School North no later than 07:15 on Sunday, Sept. 23rd for the bus.

For all those interested in going on the first HISTORY CLUB trip of the year to the UNITED

STATES NAVAL ACADEMY and downtown ANNAPOLIS, see Mr. Cohen in room E5B for a

permission slip.  The trip will be held on Sunday, October 28th and will be available to the

first 100 students who hand in their money and permission slip.  The cost of the trip is $50.

The ROBOTICS TEAM will be meeting every WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY in Room N3A after school.  Come join us anytime.

The COMPUTER CLUB will be meeting every MONDAY in Room S21 after school.  Come join anytime!!!


The COFFEE CORNER IS OPEN!!!  Our doors open at 7:15 in Room E16.  Keurig coffee is available at all times, and fresh brewed coffee is available by 7:30.  $1.00 for coffee or tea, and 50 cents for any snacks (doughnut, muffin, etc.)  Our students work the coffee shop periods 3 & 6 and will greet you at the door and check you out at the register, but we are open ALL DAY so any time the door is open just COME ON IN and help yourself! Please leave money on register or in tip jar when students not working.  Stay tuned for upcoming lunch specials.
