Please arrive at Chatham Square Parking lot (google map link) a minimum of 20 minutes BEFORE the departure time specified on the Permission Slip Survey for the camping event this month.  This will ensure there is time to:

• drop-off medicine
• load gear into trailers
• take attendance

If you are late, you may have to drive your Scout to the campsite.

Your Scout should Eat dinner before you arrive as we do not eat Friday night at camp.  

You may also bring a bag supper, but you MAY NOT eat in leaders vehicles.

Please leave 2nd row of parking for Leaders pulling trailers, and do not block parking marked for the businesses.

Be sure to write your name on things you do not want to get lost, we have items forgotten each campout!!

Please check in with Mr. H. for attendance and any medication for camp.

We will return home, at the return time on the Permission Slip, to the same drop-off location, please be prompt.
