9:00 - 9:30	SESSION ONE Welcome The principal will lead staff through a presentation on the Pastoral Plan- Growing in Justice (30 Min) Land Acknowledgement
9:30 - 10:45	SESSION TWO The principal will lead staff through a presentation and discussions on the following topics: Code of Conduct Progressive Discipline Bullying Prevention and Intervention Violence Prevention (75 Min)

11:00 - 12:00	SESSION THREE The principal will lead staff through a presentation and discussions on the following topics: Creating Discrimination -Free Classrooms The Ontario Human Rights and inclusive education (60 Min)

1:00 - 1:30	SESSION FOUR The principal will lead staff through a presentation and discussion on the the Duty to Report as related to Child Abuse (30 Min)
1:30 - 2:00	SESSION FIVE During this Period, teachers of K-2 will review a pre-recorded video on early reading screening (EasyCBM). - (30 Min) Principal will lead Teachers of Grades 3-8 in reviewing student data (including but not limited to EQAO) in literacy and mathematics in the context of the School Improvement & Equity Plan. Staff will discuss observations, trends, strengths, areas of need to determine next steps in instruction. (30 Min)

2:15 - 3:30	SESSION SIX The principal will lead all staff in reviewing student data (including but not limited to EQAO) in literacy and mathematics in the context of the School Improvement & Equity Plan. Staff will discuss observations, trends, strengths, areas of need to determine next steps in instruction.
