This privacy notice explains how REAS Group / KonnekApp / WorkspaceForBusiness.com / AI-experts.work / R-Ai-N.com,(referred to as "we" or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

KonnekApp, WorkspaceForBusiness.Com and AI-experts.Work are brands of REAS Group Ltd, registered as a private limited company on Companies House UK with the company number 09917141.  

Whether you're a client, a website visitor, or someone interested in our services, we want you to understand how we handle your data.

What information do we collect?

We may collect different types of information depending on your interaction with us:

• Across any of our websites including: REAS Group, AI-Experts.Work, WorkspaceForBusiness.Com, KonnekApp and R-Ai-N.Com using Google Analytics 4.
• We collect it using pseudonymised information about how you interacted with our web pages for example, how many times you visited and clicked on things like buttons or links on each page.
• This is done using a bit of technology called data streams which contain information from cookies (small text files) that send data about you back to Google’s Big Computers (Servers) to remember your preferences like what country you’re based in, the language, what browser you use and how many times you visited our sites.
• Contact information like your name, email, company details, and project specifics to deliver our services like on our Contact Us form or our Booking Forms like this one for AI-Experts.Work.
• Job applicants: Resume/CV information, interview details, and any other relevant information you provide during the application process.

How do we use your information?

We use your information for various purposes, including:

• Website: Enhance your browsing experience, show you content and services we think you might be more interested in, and understand how our website is used.
• Client services: Deliver our services effectively, keep you informed about your project, establish and fulfill legal contracts with you, make and take payments, and respond to your inquiries.
• Recruitment: Assess your suitability for open positions within our company.
• For users of the R-Ai-N tool, specific data terms apply as set out in the R-Ai-N EULA.

We will never:

• Sell your private information to third parties, but may do so in aggregate.
• Share your information for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Use your information in ways beyond what's described in this notice.
• There is one exception to this with data entered into R-Ai-N.Com and the service that it provides. This data may be sold or used for commercial purposes beyond simple aggregation.

Your choices and control

You have control over your information:

• Cookies: You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. This is how you manage them in Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
• Marketing communications: You can opt out of any marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link.
• Data access and correction: You can request a copy of your information (called a Subject Access Request) or ask us to update it.
• You’ll need to send the Subject Access Request to privacy@reas.group
• Right to erasure: You can request deletion of your information in certain circumstances. Again the easiest way to do this is to send the request to privacy@reas.group

Security and storage

We approach how we protect your data in the same way we think about how we protect photos of our own kids. In other words, we put in measures in place to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, and loss.

We will keep your data using these providers, usually for these reasons:

Google Cloud - Databases, Forms, Emails, Apps, Analytics etc
Webflow - Website forms
Twilio - Emailing host
Xero - Accounting records
Stripe - E-commerce records

Retention

We only keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice in the ‘How do we use your information section?’

• Google Cloud - we delete personal data when you ask us to delete it.
• Google Analytics 4 - we delete personal data after 26 months.
• Webflow - we delete personal data after 7 years.
• Twilio - we delete personal data after 13 months.
• Xero - we delete personal data after 7 years.
• Stripe - we delete personal data after 5 years.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. Please check this page regularly for changes.
