The criminal and civil-commitment cases against me were so fake, and they were so dumb, the public record they left behind damns them.

They falsified Secret Service records, but many witnesses know I dated her. They are caught red-handed, if you shine the light on it.

They railroaded me to wrongful civil commitment and criminal conviction. They surveilled me more than they can justify. They did it before Trump was elected, back when they were less cautious. They probably left too many tracks and fingerprints for them to cover it all up now. Investigation would be worth your time.

1994–1996, I dated U.S. Vice President Gore’s daughter, making me a witness of national significance:

high-level corruption;
organized crime (the Mafia);
misuse of the Secret Service (including wrongful civil commitments);
Freemasonry;

diagnosed me with a fake mental disorder;
falsely accused me of atrocities; falsely accused me of being a Charles-Manson follower; and wrongfully committed, convicted, and imprisoned me;
poisoned and drugged me;
hired goons with “unlimited” resources to maliciously malign me, spread false rumors about me, and otherwise defame me; and
hired thugs with “unlimited” resources to harass me, follow me, and threaten to rape and murder me.

In high school and college I was friends with U.S. Senator Jay Rockefeller’s daughter. She invited me to the family residence for dinner before high school prom; Senator John Rockefeller took me to dinner while I was in college; etc.

Senator John Rockefeller asked about my political views. He later communicated to the FBI about me (I am told by his daughter Valerie). The FBI & friends [COINTELPRO] proceeded to persecute and over-surveil me. That reminds me of how the FBI treated Trump. The corrupt agents on my case probably were even clumsier than the ones on Trump’s case. Special prosecutor should investigate.

In 2007, a stranger in sunglasses approached me on the street, falsely claimed we knew each other from a shooting range, and when I asked him where he worked, told me he worked for “the railroad” while staring me down and making a shoveling motion.

Days later, I encountered the stranger in sunglasses a second time, and he told me that a local journalist had been murdered by a directed-energy weapon while writing at his computer, and that the weapon had broken no windows and left no trace. (I had not asked.)

(The second time I encountered him, I had gone to C&T Enterprises in Tucson to inquire about selling off my gun collection. When I entered the store, the stranger in sunglasses was mid-conversation with the store-owner; they appeared to be previously acquainted associates.)

I emailed family and friends about the stranger in sunglasses.

Several days later, having been isolated by ongoing health problems, stalked, poisoned, drugged, zapped, and threatened, and impaired by alcohol and prescription Valium, I transmitted an email that was not a “true threat” (defined in Virginia v. Black). I had intent neither to transmit any illegal communication nor to commit violence. U.S. and Arizona authorities exploited a non-serious email I wrote, fabricating a prolonged story that I was dangerous. They wanted my family and the public to be scared, for political purposes; they are terrorists .

That stranger in sunglasses is no small incident. That does not happen to most people. That is not part of the official justice system or government.
