Everyone faces adversities; no one is exempt. With resilience, children can triumph over trauma, without it, trauma (adversity) triumphs. In this four-week series, participants will look at the research and why it says we are fostering anxiety in environments rather than resilience. You will receive practical tools to teach resilience in everyday moments. Peggy Hoime is a certified family coach & certified behavior consultant in Association with the Fitzgerald Institute.
