Lead Collective is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us through waivers, registration forms, consent documents, and other program-related paperwork. - Any additional information necessary for safety, legal compliance, and program administration
Use of Information

- Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants

- Compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements
Data Storage & Access
- Information is stored in secure physical and/or digital formats.
- Access is restricted to authorized Lead Collective staff and volunteers who require the information to perform their duties.

Retention & Disposal
- Waivers and related documents are retained for a minimum of 7 years or as required by applicable laws.
- When no longer needed, documents are securely destroyed by shredding (paper) or permanent deletion (digital).
