The Experience

What can I expect from the event?

For its second edition, Game of Dragons is coming to France for the first time. A breathtaking show and immersion into the magical world of life-size dragons inside a unique medieval castle.

Where does the experience lie?

In Ariege, in the department of Aude in the Occitanie region

Is the experience outdoors or indoors?
This experience takes place outdoors. If, due to the weather forecast, the event cannot take place, we will inform you by e-mail to the same address as the one linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, don't forget to check your spam folder.

How long does the experience last?

To give you an idea, people generally spend 2 hours in this experience. Please note that once you leave, you can’t re-enter.

Will food and drink be available for sale on site?

Food and drink will be available for purchase at this event. Vegetarian options are available, but no gluten-free products. It is not possible to bring outside food onto the site.

Is parking available?

Free parking will be available.

Will there be additional sessions?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that additional dates will be available. Please check the experience page for up-to-date availability information, as these are the confirmed dates and times.

Is there virtual reality?

This experience includes a virtual reality option for participants over the age of 10; please check whether your ticket includes it, as you can only purchase this option on site.

Is there a dress code?

There's no set dress code for this experience; a casual look will do just fine. Fancy dress is welcome!

Will there be merchandising for sale?

Yes, there will be merchandising items for sale in the store.

Tickets

Where can I buy tickets?

In the Fever app, available on Google Play and Apple Store
On the Fever website

Can I buy tickets at the entrance?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may have sold out before your arrival, so we strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can buy tickets on the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Don't forget to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever application, in the “Tickets” section. If the application is not installed on your device, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you wish to make a change, please contact us and indicate the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to take.

Can I make a group reservation?

If you would like to book for a large group, please contact dragons@losproduction.com, indicating the desired date of participation and the size of your group .

Do you offer press passes?

If you would like to obtain press accreditation, please contact dragons@losproduction.com .

Access to the Event

Do I have to arrive at the beginning of the session?

We recommend that you arrive at the time indicated on your ticket, but you can arrive within 15 minutes.

Can I bring my pets? Are assistance dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on site, but service animals are welcome.

Is the site accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the event is organized in an accessible venue.

Do you offer tickets for caregivers?

Visitors requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free caregiver pass. Please contact us with proof of the need for a caregiver ticket.
Once we have received it, we will provide you with a coupon that you can use to purchase your free caregiver ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability).

Please bear in mind that you will need to present the normal ticket with this caregiver ticket when entering the hall.

Is the experience accessible to the deaf and visually impaired?

This experience is suitable for hearing-impaired visitors, although it is limited in some areas. Visually impaired people accompanied by a carer can access it, but please note that the experience is not adapted and so may not be enjoyable. We do our best to make all our experiences inclusive and recommend that you check out other experiences in your city.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event will not include strobe lights.

Are chairs available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?

It's a walking experience, but if you need a little rest, there are seats where you can take a break.

Will there be toilets on site?

Toilets are available - please ask our on-site staff for directions.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please be careful not to disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a lost-and-found service?

We recommend that you ask our staff if they have found your personal belongings. If you are unable to do so on site, please contact us at dragons@losproduction.com.

Is there a changing room?

Unfortunately, there are no changing rooms.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome to join in this experience, and the space is stroller-friendly.

Will there be an audio guide?

Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
