Program Type: Parkour Generations is a movement discipline in which participants learn to move their bodies through their environment, overcoming mental and physical obstacles, conquering challenges, and learning to apply these skills in the real world. | ||
Who: “Kids” classes are for 6-13yrs old, “Teen & Pre-Teen” is 11-15yrs old and one class is specifically for 6-9yr olds.
