Regarding the experience

What time do doors open?

Doors will open at 2 p.m. each day

What are the dates of the Merida Open, WTA 250?

The Qualifying rounds will be held on February 18 and 19, 2023. The tennis tournament will be held from February 20 until February 26, 2023.

Where will the tournament be held?

Yucatan Country Club. Carretera Mérida-Progreso km. 15.5 Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.

Are pets allowed?

No, only service animals will be allowed to access.

Can food and beverages be brought into the event?

No, food and beverages are not permitted. There will be a variety of food options available at the venue

Is this event accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, they should contact us at the TBC phone number or TBC@.com to request access for people with reduced mobility

What is the minimum age to attend the event?

The minimum age for admission is 5 years old and a ticket is required for admission.

What happens if it rains during the event?

In the event of rain rain, the match will be suspended until weather conditions are suitable to continue. If weather does not permit, the match will be rescheduled.

If a match is completed or a total of 90 minutes of play has been played in any of the Stadiums (Main Stadium, Court 1 and Court 2) during any session, no changes or refunds will be made.

In the event that the session is cancelled without completing a full game or 90 minutes of play in the Main Stadium, the user will be entitled to a ticket for the rescheduled date of the corresponding game.

When can I find out which players are participating in the tournament?

The final list will be announced approximately 2 weeks before the tournament. However, this list may change up to the day before the tournament starts. The best 56 tennis players in the world are invited to the tournament.

How can I volunteer?

There will soon be a volunteer section on the website where information will be provided.

Regarding tickets

Can I change the zone of my ticket?

No, the ticket corresponds to the assigned seat only.

What accesses are included in the general and platinum subscriptions?

General Pass:

• General Grandstand seating reservation on all event days in the main stadium: qualifiers February 18 and 19 + tournament February 20 to 26
• Access to Courts 1 and 2
• Entry to Fan Zone

Platinum Pass:

• Platinum grandstand seat reservation every day of the event in the main stadium: qualifiers February 18 and 19 + tournament February 20 to 26
• Access to Courts 1 and 2
• Entry to Fan Zone

Box (8 seats):

• Seat reservation every day of the event in the main stadium (qualys February 18 and 19 + tournament February 20 to 26)

Where do I pick up my tickets?

At the time of purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information regarding your tickets

What is the official box office for the event?

Official tickets for MERIDA OPEN AKRON 2023 can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Why do tickets change price depending on the area?

Ticket prices differ according to the proximity to the track, the orientation of the sun and the benefits included in the pass.

Is it only possible to buy passes? When will day tickets go on sale?

At the moment, only passes are available for sale. There is still no estimated date for sales of day tickets.

Sales confirmation

When you purchase the ticket you will receive a unique QR code. You will use this to access to the venue during the tournament.

Can I request a refund or exchange of my ticket if I am unable to attend?

Subject to availability, date or time changes, you can contact us indicating your ticket ID for more information. We do not offer refunds at this time. For more information, please consult our T&Cs
