Can you tell me more about the experience?
Fever Originals has been curating a series of exciting and immersive dining experiences across the globe, collaborating with world class and hidden gem restaurants to provide this truly unique and culinary experience dubbed: Dining In The Dark. Guests will enter a darkened room and place a blindfold over their head before indulging in a 3-course meal. It’s a true foodie experience that promises to enhance your senses by eliminating one of them - your eyesight!

How does the menu work? Do I need to choose anything?
There is a set mystery menu only — a bespoke especially for this event and chosen from seasonal ingredients. You simply need to select your menu preference of either Meat (Red), Seafood (Blue) or Vegan (Green)! Please let us know if you have any allergies in the form provided so we can make the necessary alterations.

How do we eat in the dark? How do we know when we’ve finished?
Get Creative! Find a method that works for you, everyone has their own way!

How long will I be in the dark for?
The most you will be in the dark for is approximately 90 minutes if you manage to skip restroom breaks! We do advise that you remain in the dark for the full event to experience the true and fullest experience.

How do I know where my table is?
Your table will be presented to you on arrival, with the help of our staff you will be taken to your seats. Our seating plans are done 5 days prior to the event, upon collecting your order forms so it is vital we receive your order forms on time.

When do I need to be there?
Please refer to your tickets to review your session time. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to your session.

As an added treat, Roof16 has exclusively opened their doors 90 minutes before and after the event for those attending Dining in the Dark! Take in the scenic views with a happy hour, nightcap, or both!

What happens if I'm late?
Doors close promptly at the event start time. No late seating will be accommodated. Please arrive on time to ensure an uninterrupted experience for all attendees. We will be opening doors 15-20 minutes prior to the event! There is a roof bar open for consumption before and after the event.


Can I sit together with friends?

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you fill out the seating form ahead of time and list out your friends’ names.

Tickets

Is gratuity included in the ticket?
Tips and drinks are NOT included. Every guest is required to pay a $10 food gratuity at the end of the experience. Beverages consumed are an additional cost and are subject to additional gratuity.


Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) at the venue. Ticket(s) can only be validated with the staff of the venue. Once validated, ticket(s) cannot be reused.

Ticket changes

Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 72 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please email hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.

I can't go on this date, will there be more dates available?

The event will have several sessions available with a variety of dates. However, there will be a very limited number of tickets available per date so we advise securing your favoured dates early.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It’s as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever app.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we always try to ensure our venues are wheelchair friendly.           

Will there be parking?

Street parking is limited but available. There are a few garages within walking distance, but ride share is recommended!


Requirements & Restrictions


What is the minimum age to enter the venue?
12 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Will there be flashing lights or are people allowed cameras at the event?
No, we have a no phone’s policy to stop flashes from cameras. The aim is to provide an authentic experience for all.

Can I bring my own food and drink into the venue?                 
No       

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What drinks will be available?  
We have a set drink menu catered to pair with the menu including beer, wine and carefully crafted menu available for additional purchase.
