Last Monday I had fun at school and at home. Every Monday I have the same routine over and over again.
On Monday the first thing I did was to wake up and then brushed my teeth. After that I had to make my bed and then put on my uniform for school. Then I had to go down stairs and make my breakfast because I was hungry. Then I have to make my lunch otherwise I’d go hungry at school and have nothing to eat. After I’ve made my lunch I put on my shoes and mum drove us to school with my siblings.
The next thing I had to do was to run to class because I didn’t want to be late. When I arrived at class we had to say how are you, what the date is, and what is the weather in Te Reo Maori. After that we had to do roll call so the teachers know who’s here and who’s not here. After roll call we had to estimate how many people there were in the class. After that we had to move on to our maths and my maths task was Multiplication Word Problems. After maths it was Morning Tea and after my Morning Tea I played some handball. After Morning Tea we moved on to reading and the reading task I did was The Governing Topics. After reading we had lunch break. After my lunch break I played some American football. After lunch we moved on to writing and the writing task I did was Monday Recount. After writing it was time to pack up for the end of the day. My job was to make sure that the windows are closed. When I finished the windows I sat down on the mat to play a game. The teachers pick a game and then we have to play it. The choices were play AnyWords or play Finding Location. These games are class vs teachers games. After that we gave out newsletters. We get newsletters sometimes at school. The newsletters tell information about the PBS school learning. When we got our newsletters, the bell rang for home time and we said goodbye to Mr Wong and Mr Ogilvie.
The third thing I did when I got home from school was to take off my shoes and take out my lunch box and take out my water bottle. After that I had to go and take off my uniform and take a quick hot shower because if I take too long in the shower the hot water will waste. After I showered I got changed into warm clothes. After that I ran off and went to find a book to read. I read until 4:00 to 5:50 and then I had dinner. The dinner I had was Mince Pasta. My dad is good at making that.
The last thing I did was watch some TV on the PS4. I watched a movie called “Pan”. I watched Pan until 6:50 to 7:30 and at 7:30 I had ice cream. The ice cream was the Marvel Wildberry Ambrosia. It’s mixed with blueberry, raspberry, marshmallows, chocolate, and blackberrys. After I had my ice cream I brushed my teeth and then went to bed.
