NPZ, LLC (“NPZ”, “we”, “our” or, “us”) is a company that provides a software program, called the PeckApp (“PeckApp”), which provides users with a quick and friendly way to share contact information.
Information You Provide
Any input our users give through any form of customer service may be collected.
When using the PeckApp, you provide us with the information you choose to provide. We do not require the user to enter any information into the PeckApp. Users are entirely in control of what information is entered into their Peck Profile.
What you enter may be shown to the public through the use of the PeckApp, and is of course also provided to us. It is because of this that we want our users to know they are in control of what is entered into their profile. If you do not want certain information to be seen or shared, do not enter it into the PeckApp.
The Peck Profile may include the username of your email, phone number, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, and Venmo accounts. However, we do not have any access to your accounts, as there is no place in the PeckApp or Peck Profile to enter any passwords for these accounts.
Information We Collect When You Use the PeckApp
When using the PeckApp, the information that is automatically collected is straightfoward. Through the user agreeing to share their location with us, the location of your most recent Peck is stored. Information pertaining to previous Pecks, however, is deleted once another Peck is attempted. You should understand that we may use GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses to collect information pertaining to your precise location.
We also collect various forms of device information. For example, we may use device sensors, such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, compasses, microphones, and whether or not you have headphones connected. We also collect information pertaining to your device’s hardware and software, including hardware models, operation system version, device memory, advertising identifiers, unique application identifiers, apps installed, language, browser type, and time zone.
Information is also collected from our website. This information may include: access times, IP addresses, pages viewed, device information, identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser, and details about how you have used the PeckApp.
