theAsianparent “Happy Mother’s Day” Giveaway 

This is a collaboration between theAsianparent and The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited (“GE”). All completed entries will be eligible for theAsianparent "Happy Mother's Day" Giveaway.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Tickled Media Pte Ltd (“Tickled Media”) is the organiser of this "Happy Mother's Day" Giveaway campaign. This campaign starts on 15  April 2021, 00:00hr and ends on 30 April  2021, 23:59hr (“Period”).

This redemption is open to all Singapore citizens, including permanent residents, foreigners with employment pass aged 18 years and above, except the directors, employees and immediate family members of Tickled Media Pte Ltd & GE, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies (each referred to herein as a participant). Immediate family members refer to spouses, children, parents, parents in-law and siblings.

By participating in this giveaway campaign, each Participant represents and warrants that he/she has met the eligibility criteria stated in these redemption Terms and Conditions.

"Happy Mother's Day" Giveaway Prizes

● There is 1 winner of a Dyson Airwrap™ styler Complete and a Samsung Note10+ (total worth S$1,400).

● Tickled Media may at its sole discretion, substitute any prizes with any item of similar value. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The estimated value of the prizes is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.

● Tickled Media shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of facts in respect of the prizes offered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tickled Media makes no representations and/or warranties with respect to any prizes provided under the giveaway. In particular, Tickled Media gives no warranty with respect to the merchantability, quality of the prizes or their suitability for any purpose.

● Tickled Media reserves the right to determine the delivery arrangements of the prizes for the winner. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide a correct, valid and complete address. Tickled Media shall not be responsible for any non-receipt of any prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, Tickled Media shall not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss to the prizes during the delivery and acceptance of the prizes and shall not accept delivery of any prizes returned by the winner for whatsoever reason. Tickled Media shall further not be responsible for any prizes that are defective, lost, damaged or stolen.

"Happy Mother's Day" Giveaway Selection

● There is 1 winner of a Dyson Airwrap™ styler Complete and a Samsung Note10+ (total worth S$1,400).

● This giveaway is applicable to parents with children less than 18 years old.

● Multiple entries are not allowed per Participant.

● 1 x winner will be chosen by way of a random draw. The draw will be carried out on 3 May 2021 @ Block 71, Ayer Rajah Crescent, #01-04/05, Singapore 139951.

● The winner will need to reply to the notifying email as a form of verification.

● The winner will be contacted via email on a best effort basis with maximum three (3) attempts of which the next 2 attempts will be made within the next 48 hours from the first all attempt.

● This giveaway is strictly limited to one prize per entity. Impersonation of another entity for sample

redemption is not allowed (e.g. using another entity’s username, password, or other account information). Multiple accounts creation for the purpose of sample redemption by the same entity will be deemed as fraud and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Only these domains are accepted: gmail, yahoo, hotmail, live, msn, icloud, outlook.

Miscellaneous

● Tickled Media’s determination of the eligible Participants shall be final, conclusive and binding. If the winner does not respond or reply to the email in 14 working days from the date the email is sent, the winner shall be deemed to agree to forsake this prize. Tickled Media shall consider this prize as an unclaimed prize and shall thereafter deal with the prize in any manner that it deems fit. No correspondences shall be entertained.

● By participating in this Giveaway, participants will be deemed to (i) have consented to Tickled Media and/or its sponsor (if any) to use any participant information which includes but it is not limited to their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Giveaway (including any outcome), or future advertising and publicity purposes, unless otherwise notified in writing to Tickled Media; and (ii) have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

● Tickled Media reserves the right to make additions, amendments, modifications to this Giveaway and its related promotional materials, and/or cancel or suspend this Giveaway from time to time without prior notice.

● Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Tickled Media (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Tickled Media’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Tickled Media) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Tickled Media; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Promotion is cancelled or delayed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Tickled Media; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Participant; or (g) use of the prize.

● The successful delivery of the prize will be considered receipt on the part of the winner.

● Tickled Media collects personal information in order to conduct this Giveaway and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties (located within and beyond Singapore), including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Singapore regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Tickled Media may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. *Participants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to Tickled Media. All submissions become the property of Tickled Media.

● Tickled Media makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prizes or other items furnished by third parties in connection with this Giveaway.

● Tickled Media is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, of any means communication, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, any website or application, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services, used in connection with this Giveaway.
