MHS Athletic Hall of Fame mission statement:

The mission of the Maynard High School Athletic Hall of Fame is to honor and perpetuate the memory of all former Maynard High School students, coaches and associated persons who have brought pride and distinction to the school system, the Town of Maynard and themselves; to instill and continue the tradition of excellence that has been characteristic of Maynard athletes; to link past and current generations of student-athletes; and to encourage current student-athletes to embrace the many opportunities available to them through team work, determination and dedication.

Criteria for scholarship consideration:

• The student must be enrolled in MHS
• The student must complete at least one season of MHS athletics
• Complete the written statement on the next page
• There should be an explanation of hardships the student has faced/is facing

A written request is required for each student* applying for assistance no later than the deadline listed above.  Applications should be turned in to Mike Arria, Athletic Director (1 Tiger Drive, Maynard).  Requests will not be shared, in any form, with the greater Maynard athletic community.  The request may be written by either the student or a parent/guardian.  As a reminder, this application is a request; not a guarantee of financial assistance.

*A separate application is required for each student, even if from the same household.
