Amphibian Training

With Kathy Jones, Natasha Barlow and Kailey Petz

Amphibian surveys are easy to learn and a great option for your first foray into field surveys. During this event, we will review the species, how to identify them by ear and how to collect the data. The amphibian webinar in combination with the Marsh Monitoring Program Handbook and the Marsh Monitoring Program CD/MP3 files are more than enough to get a new surveyor up and running. We do recommend attending an introductory session before this event and/or reviewing the information and fact sheets available at www.birdscanada.org/gl_mmp.

Length 30-minute talk, 20 minute Q&A.
