Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.
When should I arrive?
The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 30 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
Can I bring animals?
No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us here if you plan to bring a service animal.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Is there an age requirement?
Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
The venue is ADA compliant. It is not necessary to contact the venue ahead of time.
Are food and drink available?
Concessions will not be provided. No outside food or beverages will be allowed inside the venue.
Will the IAMA museum exhibits be open for viewing?
Yes, all museum exhibits will be open for viewing upon entrance for the duration of the hour prior to the performance start time.
Is there parking available?
Ridesharing is encouraged, but both parking garages and metered parking are available around the International Art Museum of America.
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event..
Do I need to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear masks during the experience and will have them available if needed.
Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?
No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.
