RETURNS POLICY

Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable), unused and in the same condition as at the time of purchase.

To initiate the return or exchange process, please send an email to store@steeplechasers.org 

Refunds (if applicable)

You will be notified by email when your return is received and inspected. If your return is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed. In the case of a refund, a credit will be automatically applied using your original method of payment. It may take several days for this refund to be posted to your bank/credit card account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may not be posted for several days after the credit is issued. If your credit has not been posted to your bank/credit card account within 7-10 days of processing, contact us at store@steeplechasers.org.

Sale items (if applicable)

Purchases of sale items are final. Refunds will only be issued for regularly-priced merchandise.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you receive a garment which does not fit, please contact store@steeplechasers.org immediately. Assuming we have your size in stock we will arrange an exchange.

We generally replace items if they are defective, damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@steeplechasers.org to coordinate.

Shipping

Returns should be coordinated by sending email to store@steeplechasers.org. Shipping fees on returns are paid by the customer.
