Terms & Conditions for Exhibitors
- All exhibitors, presenters, & attendees will be required to wear a mask at all times except when eating
- All exhibitors and their representatives at the conference will need to send proof of vaccination to Monica, the CLTA Exhibits Chair, at exhibits@clta.net by February 15, 2022
- Proposals submitted by the deadline, Oct. 31, 2021, will receive priority for consideration.
- Proposals submitted after that date will be placed on a "pending" list and may eventually be accepted if there are cancellations.
- Acceptance of proposal submissions is tentative until CLTA receives booth registration & payment.
- Exhibitor sessions will be scheduled for the first and third time slots on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- There will be limited spots for exhibitor sessions (limited to 12). The slots will be allocated in the order received
- It's most useful if you can design your session to mainly focus on addressing the themes of the conference (Teach Locally ~ Act Globally: A Framework for Global Competence, Social Justice, Interculturality, and Equality) with a secondary focus on your product(s).
- All room set-ups on Saturday sessions are theater-style (chairs) only.
- LCD projector and speakers will be provided in every breakout room.
- Presenters will need to bring their own laptop, VGA and/or HDMI cable, and dongle connections for their specific model laptop.
- Priority submission deadline is October 31, 2021
- Acceptance notification is mid-December, 2021
