HOSPITALITY TEAM MEMBER
POSITION SUMMARY
The Hospitality Associate is the first point of contact for all members, guests, or prospects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Greet and check in all members and guests
- Full knowledge of the daily events and programs that are being conducted at the facility and is able to direct members and guests to the appropriate venue
- Promotes programs and membership enrollment through interactions with existing and potential members
- Answers and directs all incoming phone calls, maintains front desk organization and appearance
- Fields all member feedback and concerns
- Resolves problems to ensure member satisfaction
- Performs Opening and Closing procedures for the facility
- Assists senior staff with administrative duties
- Maintains a professional image within the community and the venue
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be highly motivated, energetic and customer focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with computer systems
- Ability to communicate with associates and members
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule; a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds’ waist high
- Will be required to navigate various computer programs and apps
