- Dr. Anitha Sunil has more than 16 years of experience in teaching and industry. She had completed her Ph.D in the area of service marketing. Her qualifications include MBA in marketing and Bachelor of Engineering. She has taught subjects like Quantitative Analysis, Operations Research, Operations Management, Research Methodology Service marketing, Marketing Research and Sales and distribution Management. As the coordinator for Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), she had undertaken the role of managing post accreditation requirements of the accreditation council and sustaining the overall quality of the business school. She has proven skills in developing performance metrics and assessment/evaluation tools that help in identifying and achieving key institutional objectives. She had conducted Faculty Development program in the area of research methodology and statistical analysis. Her current research interests include issues related to services marketing, consumer behavior, social media marketing, Small Business Member organizations and Strategy. She has published research papers and case study in national and international journals and presented paper in national conference.
