We are happy to inform you that our Family Income Survey is now online via your Parent Portal! Below you will find an illustration of where to access some important information for the Family Income Survey.
Once you are logged in, go to Forms in the Navigation Menu. Una vez que haya iniciado sesión, vaya a Forms en el menú de navegación. _________________________________________________ Click on the Family Income Form that appears on the page. Haga clic en el Formulario de Ingresos Familiares que aparece en la página. (Family Income Form) _________________________________________________ Please fill out the form and click Submit. If you have more than one student you can submit for the family by clicking on the arrow next to submit. Click on Submit for Family. (Arriba a la derecha de la forma cambie el idioma a Español) Por favor complete el formulario y haga clic en Enviar. Si tiene más de un estudiante, puede enviar para la familia haciendo clic en la flecha junto a enviar (submit). Haga clic en Enviar para familia. (Submit for Family) |
