Client contracts with RADIAL RÉSUMÉS to provide services per the attached scope.
The Client acknowledges that all fees are neither cancelable nor refundable. The first draft document(s) will be provided to Client for review within 7 to 10 business days of payment of deposit. Dates are subject to completion of assessments (if applicable), comprehensive interview, and consultation along with receipt of requested information from client, subject to acts of God, mechanical failure, or other occurrences beyond the control of RADICAL RÉSUMÉS.
Client agrees to pay invoiced fees, plus any additional services subsequently purchased by Client. The Client agrees to pay all collection fees, damages, and costs related to collection of any unpaid obligation under this contract. Quoted price for Radical Résumé services is valid for 30 days from the dated contract. Client also agrees to provide RADICAL RÉSUMÉS with requested information in a timely manner to complete résumé project within 30-day period after Client consultation.
RADICAL RÉSUMÉS is not responsible for errors in information or false information provided by Client or for errors discovered after Client has proofread his/her documents provided by RADICAL RÉSUMÉS.
RADICAL RÉSUMÉS is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. RADICAL RÉSUMÉS does not research any information given by the client. Client agrees that any requests for additional revisions to be made to document after the project has been finalized, additional charges will apply. All unpaid balances are due when services are rendered or per pay plan established.
RADICAL RÉSUMÉS warrants only that it will develop the scope of work and delivery of materials as well as any other applicable documentation or services, based on information provided by Client. As Client’s sole remedy, RADICAL RÉSUMÉS will correct any defective or incomplete work without additional charge, unless Client has completed his/her initial proofreading, in which case additional charges will apply.
Client grants permission to RADICAL RÉSUMÉS to use the content of the Client’s résumé and/or cover letter used for training purposes or published in articles, columns, books, and industry-related publications at the discretion of RADICAL RÉSUMÉS. Client understands that all personal identifying data (name, address, city, email address, phone numbers, LinkedIn URLs, websites, unique job titles or job information) will be fictionalized to protect the Client. .
RADICAL RÉSUMÉS does not guarantee job placement or employment success. Our goal is to equip the client with the best possible résumé package to gain interviews. It is the responsibility of the Client to provide all requested information and to work collaboratively with the RADICAL RÉSUMÉS team to complete a customized package that reflects the client’s true value.
This contract constitutes the complete agreement between the parties, and with respect to the matters covered herein, all prior agreements and/or understandings are merged herein, and no representations or warranties have been made except as specifically stated herein. This contract shall be construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alabama.
