Key Dates

First round closes 9 June 2021.

Final round closes 1 September 2021.

All contributions submitted by 9 June 2021 will get a final decision of acceptance by 22 June 2021.

All contributions submitted between 9 June and 1 September will be accepted/rejected on a rolling basis. We do not guarantee a notification deadline for submissions after 9 June. Submissions for presentations may close sooner than 1 September if all available speaker slots are taken.


Step-by-Step Submission Guide

  1. If you don’t have one, sign up for the Indico account (if you try to submit without an account you should see the screen below)

  1. Create an Indico Account

  1.  You will receive an email to verify email.  If you click on the link in your email you’ll be taken to a form that asks for your information. Fill in information and you should be able to submit.


  1. Return to GRCon21 home page and click “Submit new abstract”

  1. Recommend reviewing submission instructions: https://events.gnuradio.org/event/8/page/1-submission-instructions 

  1. Fill-in Abstract Form (see image of form below)

  1. Check to make sure you receive an “Abstract Submission confirmation” email for each submission.  The # noted in the email title is a tracking number for our submission system
