Suggested packing list for PREP and the summer internship

• Laptop + charger (Please remember this every day of the PREP course!)
• Phone + charger (extra battery bank if you have one)
• Refillable water bottle
• Casual clothes for the 4 day PREP course and travel days (what you would wear to school is fine)
• Business casual clothing for the 7 weeks of your full time job during the internship
• For the final symposium, bring one nice outfit (“business attire”) which would be similar to what you would wear to a job interview or if you were presenting at a conference. See symposium photos in our gallery page.

Note: Interns able to stay at home during the summer program of course do not need to pack for this part of the summer.

• Casual fun clothing for weekend downtime
• Shoes appropriate for workplace
• Toiletries
• Medications
• Glasses/contact lenses
• Backpack or similar
• Inexpensive notebook for PREP course and for internship site, and writing implements.
• Positive attitude & readiness to enjoy the Akamai experience!
