- Colorado would receive $1.3 billion in education funding from the HEROES Act
- The K-12 portion would be $865.9 million
- That’s enough to save or restore the positions of:
- 4,824 teachers,
- 1,491 teacher aides, and
- 3,422 other education workers.
Direct Aid to State and Local Governments
- Colorado would receive $9.2 billion in direct state aid
- Local governments in Colorado would receive $5.4 billion in direct aid
Healthcare
- Colorado would receive $1.5 billion in Medicaid funding through the HEROES Act
