Runners may be injured from falls

  • Track to be checked by CiRF before the session
  • Cones to be placed to alert/restrict runners to certain parts of the track
  • Avoiding/Altering session content that may increase risk of injury (i.e. Use of slope on outside of track in wet conditions)
