Explain the situation which you hold into yourself. Tell in the form of a story |
name all the emotions you felt when you explained the situation. Even if they are negative accept that these are associated emotions about that situation. |
Collapse your interpretation of the story. View the situation as a third person watching everything, no one is right or wrong. Now explain what you interpret from that situation |
Take a deep breath and ask yourself that maybe, the situation was not an attempt to hurt you or anyone from another person, but this all happened for your excellent and personal growth |
