You receive the first piano for level 1 of the Adventure Ruby Book. Then you need to upgrade with the Spring Bouquet (level 20 of the Ruby Adventure Book) to upgrade it..

It will give gifts, 6 times in total.

Outfits

You get the heads from the Adventure Book level 10. The Floral Coin will buy the Heads in the Fitting Room.

 The outfits are level 30 in the Ruby Book part.  You need to complete the Adventure book and buy the Ruby Book offer.
